More about the Trossachs Adventure Challenge

The Trossachs Adventure Challenge is a day of adventure in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs national park in Central Scotland.

The Trossachs Adventure Challenge is aimed at families and small groups of up to 6 and incorporates mountain biking, hill walking and kayaking in one of the most stunning parts of Scotland. It is a group challenge, where participants start, move together as a team and finish as one. It is not a race.

The Trossachs Adventure Challenge takes place from June to September. Bookings are available in advance for any day throughout this time, subject to available places. Please let us know the date and number in your party including children over 12 years old click here to book. There needs to be a ratio of one adult per child aged 12-16 years old.

Each of the 3 sections are around 5 miles long with the complete route taking between 6-8 hours to complete. The weather in the Trossachs can change quite quickly. We generally carry on through the worst apart from any high winds and/or torrential rain which may present safety concerns. We provide bikes, kayaks and safety gear such as helmets and buoyancy aids, together with guides providing support and instruction along the route.
